Jeramie Weller has over 16 years of experience in the Oilseed and Biofuel Processing Industry. Jeramie spent nearly 12 years with Cargill in various crush plants that crushed soybeans, canola, sunflower and flax seeds, refined various vegetable oils and produced biodiesel. He has been the General Manager for Minnesota Soybean Processors since 2019.
Located in Brewster, Minnesota, MnSP is a 2,200 member owned cooperative that crushes 38 million bushels of soybeans and produces over 35 million gallons of biodiesel each year. MnSP has been producing biodiesel since 2005.

Robin Vercruse is Executive Director of the Low Carbon Fuels Coalition. Throughout her career, Robin has translated complexity for public consumption at startup and fast-growing entities in the U.S. and abroad with more than 10 years focused on energy and transportation fuel policy.
She is the founder and principal of RoVer Strategies and specializes in gaining support across the political spectrum for policies to diversify both transportation fuels and the sources used to produce them.
Robin has a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School of UC Santa Barbara, with a specialization in energy and climate change.

Greg Staiti is an attorney and compliance expert who has served the petroleum and renewable fuels sector for nearly two decades, advising on obligations, opportunities and strategies associated with a wide range of federal- and state-level renewable and low carbon fuel programs. Greg is Compliance Director for Montana Renewables, a leading producer of renewable diesel and SAF based in Great Falls, Montana, where he oversees the company’s compliance and federal legislative and regulatory advocacy efforts.

Jeff Earl serves as the Director of State Governmental Affairs for Clean Fuels Alliance America from Jefferson City, Missouri. In this capacity, he manages a team of professionals responsible for governmental affairs and stakeholder education in all 50 states. Earl engages in technical analysis of issues associated with biodiesel and represent the interests of Clean Fuels Alliance America’s members to state regulatory bodies, legislatures and environmental organizations.
Earl comes to Clean Fuels Alliance America from the Office of Missouri Governor, where he held the position of legislative director. Previously, he served in leadership positions with the Department of Corrections and Office of the State Auditor. Earl holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and mass communications from Southeast Missouri State University.
