Richard Nelson is currently president of Enersol Resources, an energy and environmental consulting firm. He has been active in the implementation of biodiesel and renewable diesel for approximately 35 years in various diesel-fueled applications and sectors.
Richard has worked in the areas of biofuel fuel production, diesel and biodiesel ASTM specifications and standards, and the BQ-9000 biofuel quality program as well as educational outreach to producers, marketers and end-users.

With an impressive 37-year tenure at ADM, Jeannie Maxwell has built a distinguished career in food safety and quality across multiple roles and business segments. In her current role as Global Director of Food Safety and Quality for the Oilseeds Division, she oversees a diverse portfolio that includes Crushing, Refined Oils, Lecithin, Biodiesel and Glycols.
Jeannie’s leadership extends to Global Quality Control and internal audit, where she maintains a strong focus on food safety and quality performance. Her extensive experience has provided her with a deep understanding of the industry and a comprehensive skill set spanning food safety, quality assurance, and quality control.
Beyond ADM, Jeannie contributes her expertise to the broader industry as a Commissioner for the National Biodiesel Accreditation Commission (NBAC), underscoring her commitment to advancing quality standards and promoting excellence within the biodiesel sector.

Clean Fuels
Scott Fenwick serves as the Technical Director for Clean Fuels Alliance America. Fenwick leads the advancement of core member services for technical and quality assurance support issues. He provides key support for technical aspects needed by biodiesel stakeholders including both producer members, obligated parties and fuel users to effectively position the biodiesel industry. Additionally, he educates key decision makers to help build industry credibility. In addition to coordinating the OEM and fuel quality programs under Clean Fuels Alliance America, Fenwick has also been elected to chair the ASTM D02 Committee covering all Petroleum Products, Liquid Fuels and Lubricants. He also coordinates other international biodiesel and fuel activities for other standards development organizations. After serving as Chairman of the BQ-9000 Commission, he is now a liaison to the National Biodiesel Accreditation Commission. Previously, Fenwick was involved with the fuel inspection industry for nearly 25 years and managed several fuel testing laboratories. After attending Purdue University, he also worked for Archer Daniels Midland Company organizing their Biofuels Technical Services.
