Jordan Godwin is the director of renewables markets at OPIS. Based in Houston, he has covered biofuels markets and policy since 2012. His primary markets of coverage have included credits associated with biofuels policy, such as the Renewable Identification Number (RIN) credits and California Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) credits, as well as biofuels including ethanol, biodiesel, renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel. Before joining OPIS in 2016, Godwin worked for nearly four years at S&P Global Platts.

Nathan Burk has worked at StoneX for over 20 years where he has primarily focused on risk management and feedstock supply into the renewable sectors under their StoneX Commodity Solutions division. He also helps manage risk for feedstock suppliers and veg oil crush plants. Today Burk and his team help over 800 million gallons of bio and renewable diesel capacity lock in forward margins via financial instruments while physically trading over 4 billion pounds of fats, oils and greases into this space.

Megan Boutwell is President of Stillwater Associates, LLC, where she directs Stillwater’s business operations, guides sales and management of consulting projects, and implements growth management. Boutwell has overseen the expansion of Stillwater’s transportation fuels consulting and online publication business over her 18-year career at the company. She is responsible for developing and editing content on a wide range of transportation energy issues reported in Stillwater’s LCFS Newsletter, Carbon Market Outlook Publications, and monthly newsletter.
Boutwell earned a BA in French and English Literature from Hollins University and an MBA from the University of Oregon.

Jonathan Martin serves as the Director of Economics and Market Analytics for Clean Fuels Alliance America, responsible for monitoring market data and current events to provide in-depth market intelligence and forecasts on the direction of the overall liquid fuels, energy, and feedstock markets. Prior to joining Clean Fuels, Martin was a Petroleum Economist for Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where he led economic analyses and forecasting in the global oil and gas industry. Prior to his work in economics, Martin worked within both chemical process engineering and environmental compliance at Marathon Petroleum Corporation. Martin graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
