Policy Remains Driver for Clean Fuels

With a new presidential administration and Congress, will we see an acceleration or a U-turn on clean energy policy? How will new federal tax policies get rolling? And what impact will the states have, with many of them aggressively pursuing low-carbon fuels programs?

Clean Fuels VP of Federal Affairs Kurt Kovarik and Jeffrey Earl, Director of State Governmental Affairs, moderated an expert panel on the topic, consisting of Russ Sullivan, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck; Anthony Reed, FGS Global; Rachel Geilenfeld, Chevron Renewable Energy Group; and Michael Dolch, Ag Processing Inc.

“I characterize our industry as being dependent on a three legged stool,” said Kovarik. “Two of those legs are federal policy and state policy and the other is corporate boardroom policy.”
