Randall C. Stuewe has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Darling Ingredients since joining the company in February 2003. Darling Ingredients (NYSE: DAR) is the largest publicly traded company that takes the “other 50% of the animal” (the portion not typically eaten) and turns it into valuable ingredients. The company creates specialty food ingredients, and if it can’t be fed to a human or an animal, those materials are used to make green energy.

From 1996 to 2002, Randall held a number of senior executive roles at ConAgra Foods, including President of Gilroy Foods. Prior to ConAgra Foods, he served in various management, sales and trading positions in Cargill’s food processing businesses over 12 years. Randall is a graduate of Kansas State University and currently serves as a director of Teays River Investments, a privately held agribusiness holding company.
