Megan Boutwell is President of Stillwater Associates, a transportation energy consulting firm focused on the energy transition and practical ways to decarbonize the current fleet. Megan directs Stillwater’s business operations and implements growth management within the company. She has overseen the expansion of Stillwater’s transportation fuels consulting and online publication business over her 18-year career at the company. She guides sales and management of consulting projects and publication efforts. She is also responsible for developing and editing content on a wide range of transportation energy issues reported on in Stillwater’s LCFS Newsletter, Carbon Market Outlook Publications, and monthly company newsletter.  

Megan earned a BA in French and English Literature from Hollins University and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
