Kailee Tkacz Buller is the President & CEO of the National Oilseed Processors (NOPA), a D.C. based national trade association, that represents the U.S. soybean, canola, and sunflower seed crushing industries responsible for making U.S. feed, food, and fuel.
Prior to NOPA, Kailee served as the President & CEO of the Edible Oil Producers Association (EOPA). She has also served in various leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, serving as the Chief of Staff to the Deputy Secretary, Senior Advisor on Biofuels, Chief of Staff of the Research, Education, and Economics Department as well as a Policy and Congressional Advisor in the Office of Congressional Relations during the 2018 Farm Bill process. Prior to USDA, Kailee served in a variety of legislative and regulatory leadership roles at the Corn Refiners Association, SNAC International, and the National Grocers Association.
She holds a Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of
Association Executives and currently serves as the 8th Congressional district representative of the Virginia Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services, a four-year termed position appointed by Governor Glenn Youngkin.
